Difficulties reaching orgasm
-
Anxiety relating to sex or intimacy
-
Changes in sexual functioning
-
Desire differences within relationships
-
The impact of illness, stress, or life events on sexuality
I have experience working within the St Pancras Sexual Problems Clinic, supporting individuals presenting with a wide range of sexual difficulties.
My practice is inclusive, kink-informed, and welcoming of diverse identities, relationship structures, and sexual expression.
LIFE TRANSITIONS, ILLNESS AND LOSS
There are times when life changes unexpectedly and your familiar ways of coping no longer seem enough.
You may be adjusting to:

Living with a long-term health condition

Parenting and caregiving responsibilities
-
Career or life-stage transitions
Drawing on my experience within NHS oncology psychology services, I offer support for the emotional impact that illness, uncertainty, and change can bring.
TRAUMA, ANXIETY AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING
Past experiences can continue to shape how we think, feel, and relate to ourselves and others.
You may be experiencing:
-
Anxiety or persistent worry
-
Low mood
-
Anger
-
Low self-worth
-
Shame or self-criticism
-

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed
Therapy can help you understand these experiences with greater compassion and develop a stronger connection with yourself.
